Between 08:31-11:10 we were experiencing issues with the following systems:

• Chorus Portal
• Chorus Portal B2B

Users were experiencing delays in work processing times, as well as delays with processing some fibre orders in a timely manner. Also, technicians on site may have been unable to rerun some orders in a timely manner, which could delay their next job.

Technical teams carried out remedial activities. The backlog of orders was cleared, and orders are now being processed as per BAU.
