Retail Service Provider (RSP – Customer) impacts:
Some features will be unavailable for use:

• Chorus Billing Portal (billing.chorus.co.nz) - users will be unable to raise or view Disputes and/or Enquiries for the duration of the planned outage.

Service Company Impacts:
Some features will be unavailable for use:

• SAP: Service Partners will not be able to use inventory management (ordering of Spares) or carry out other activities via SAP.

This outage is required to deploy a software release on a supporting system.
