• Chorus Portal (SSP): Maintenance page/response will be displayed.
• Chorus Portal B2B: Maintenance page/response will be displayed.
• Fibre - Place API: Users will be unable to search for an address or location, retrieve a Place ID, request site information, view active products, open fibre orders and ONTs at the address or location.
• Fibre – Product Offering API: Users will be unable to view available products at an address.
• Fibre – Order Feasibility API: Users will be unable to request a feasible check at an address or location.
• Fibre – Manage Order API: Users will be unable to use the Manage Order API to create, amend or cancel an order, and will be unable to retrieve attachments or notifications relating to an order via this API.
• Fibre – Manage Appointment API: Users will be unable to use the Manage Appointment API to check site visit and Ready For Service (RFS) appointment availability, reserve or reschedule site visits, reschedule RFS appointments or retrieve appointment details.
• Assurance Website/Assurance API: Users may be unable to log, view or manage Fibre & Copper faults and will be unable to perform any tests on Fibre & Copper services.
• Line Test API: Fibre & Copper line testing functionality may be unavailable.
• RMP (Remote Management Platform) & RMS Config API - Users will not be able to Provision, Assure, view or configure the status of an RGW ONT (generation 3, 4 and Hyperfibre ONT).
• Address Lookup API – Will be unavailable.
• Broadband Availability API - Will be unavailable.
• Broadband Checker Business API – Will be unavailable.
• Overnight ONT data load into Chorus Portal may be unavailable.
• Wireline/OOT & Wireline B2B may be unavailable.
• Chorus eSPM: Copper line testing functionality may be unavailable.
• Network Events Portal and Network Events API: Any new, update or clearance may not display.
• Planned and Unplanned Network Event Notifications (Whispir) may be impacted and will queue and process once connectivity is restored.
• Chorus Billing Portal (billing.chorus.co.nz) - users will be unable to raise or view Disputes and/or Enquiries for the duration of the planned outage.
• Network Performance Portal and API: The Portal will remain available for the duration of the change, however new events and existing event updates will not be visible until after the change is completed.
• Chorus Portal EMMA (Portal Emulator) - Maintenance page enabled
• EMMA B2B - Maintenance page enabled
