Retail Service Provider (RSP – Customer) impacts:
Some features will be unavailable for use: • Assurance Website & Assurance API: Users will be unable to perform copper line testing (including copper voice services). • Network Events Portal and Network Events API: Any new, update or clearance may not display. • Planned and Unplanned Network Event Email Notifications (Whispir) may be impacted and will queue and process once connectivity is restored. • Line Test API: Copper line testing functionality will be unavailable • Wireline/OOT & Wireline B2B will be unavailable
Service Company Impacts:
Some features will be unavailable for use: • TechMate Users will be unable to carry out copper line testing.
This outage is required to carry out an upgrade of a supporting firewall.
