• Assure Portal/Assurance API: Unable to test a service or log faults for fibre and copper ASIDs. • Line test API: RSP’s consuming the line test API directly will be unable to test fibre/copper services. • Network Performance Portal: Updates will be delayed for customer impacting services on the Chorus network. Where service faults present a civil or medical emergency, Chorus standard escalation procedures apply.
Service Company Impacts:
Some features will be unavailable for use:
• TechMate: Unable to test Fibre/Copper services. • FRE Portal (Fault Management Portal): Unable to submit/search existing tickets • WRM (Work Request Manager) API: the WRM API will error and notification updates will be delayed.
