We were experiencing an issue with Wireline between 09:07-10:03 this morning, where some copper orders were stuck in an “In Progress” state and were not progressing any further.

This was cleared at 10:03, when technical teams restarted a backend API, which resolved the issue and orders are now progressing as per BAU.
