Retail Service Provider (RSP – Customer) impacts:
Some features will be unavailable for use: • Assurance website & Assurance API Copper and Fibre line testing functionality will be unavailable, however users will still be able to log faults • Line Test API: Copper and Fibre line testing functionality will be unavailable. • Network Performance Portal & Network Performance API Updates will be delayed for customer impacting services on the Chorus network. • Fibre orders submitted through Chorus Portal & Fibre - Manage Order API during the above outage window will queue and will process after the change window.
Overnight ONT data will not be updated: • Chorus Portal will not be updated with the overnight ONT data until the change has been completed.
Service Company Impacts:
Some features will be unavailable for use: • TechMate Users will be unable to carry out copper & fibre based line testing.
This planned outage is required to support the migration of VLAN gateway IPs off our current firewall system onto new Check Point firewall clusters
