There was an external routing issue that was impacting the following access and applications between 15:00-15:48:
• Users may have been unable to access ADP or applications that are hosted within ADP including Netmap.
• Users who gained access to ADP or applications (including Netmap) may have also experienced disconnections and unable may have been unable to reconnect.

A routing workaround was put in place and the impact for this incident has been mitigated.

No further updates unless the issue reoccurs.
