The following systems/applications will be impacted for up to the entire duration of the change window:

Retail Service Provider (RSP – Customer) impacts:
• Chorus Portal (SSP): Maintenance pages enabled.
• Chorus Portal B2B: Maintenance response enabled.
• Fibre - Place API: Users will be unable to use the Place API to search for an address or location, retrieve a Place ID, request site information, view active products, open fibre orders and ONTs at the address or location.
• Fibre - Product Offering API: Users will be unable to use the Product Offering API to view available products at an address.
• Fibre - Order Feasibility API: Users will be unable to use the Order feasibility API to request a feasible check at an address or location.
• Fibre -Manage Order API: Users will be unable to use the Manage Order API to create, amend or cancel an order, and will be unable to retrieve attachments or notifications relating to an order via this API.
• Fibre - Manage Appointment API: Users will be unable to use the Manage Appointment API to check site visit and Ready For Service (RFS) appointment availability, reserve or reschedule site visits, reschedule RFS appointments or retrieve appointment details.
• Overnight ONT data into Chorus Portal will be impacted and not updated until the change has been completed.
• Assurance Website/Assurance API: Users will be unable to test Fibre services, however users will still be able to lodge fibre faults.
• Line Test API: Fibre line testing functionality will be unavailable.

Service Company Impacts:
Chorus Portal: Maintenance page enabled
TechMate: Users will be unable to test Fibre services. When searching on a Fibre ASID. error code 99 “Timeout, Server busy."
Netmap: Users may receive an error while carrying out feasibility requests.
WRM Impacts:
• RSP Initiated Appointments Management Unavailable – Fibre Fulfil
• RSP Initiated Work Request Management Unavailable – Fibre Fulfil
• RSP/Chorus Initiated Customer Order Management Unavailable
• Fibre COM initiated notification to Service Companies will not occur.
• Service Company based customer order updates from WRM to FCOM on to RSPs will be impacted.
• Work Request Manager Fibre Fulfil Updates to FCOM(are not impacted unless components in the COM are unavailable)


This emergency change is required to carry out a software rollback on a backend system.
