The following systems and services are expected to be impacted for up to 4 hours within the outage window. In the event a rollback is required the full outage window will be utilised:
• Assurance Website - Diagnostics on 3rd Gen, 4th Gen, and Hyper Fibre ONT's unavailable. • Assurance API - Diagnostics on 3rd Gen, 4th Gen, and Hyper Fibre ONT's unavailable. • RMP (Remote Management Platform) & API - Unavailable This will impact the following: - Fibre order processing delays: fibre orders will queue until RMP is back up. - The Chorus Configuration website: Users will not be able to view or configure the status of an RGW ONT (generation 3, generation 4 and Hyperfibre ONT). All other ONT's will be unaffected.
• Techmate - Diagnostics on 3rd Gen, 4th Gen, and Hyper Fibre ONT's will be unavailable.
This outage is required to carry out an upgrade of a supporting firewall.
